WunderKindy

Terms and Conditions

Last updated 10 September 2026

The short version. WunderKindy is a private production tool. It is not a public service, there is nothing to sign up for, and access is limited to people we authorise. These terms govern that access and the content the tool produces.

1. Who these terms are with

They are between you and DECIDE99 LTD ("we", "us"), which operates WunderKindy and the console at wunderkindy.com.

2. What WunderKindy is

WunderKindy is a short-form video production tool. It assembles scripts, generated speech, images and music into finished videos, and publishes those videos to social media accounts that we own and have connected to it.

It is private software for our own use. It is not offered to the public, it has no public registration, and it stores no content on behalf of third parties.

3. Access

Access requires a password we issue. If you have been given one:

We may withdraw access at any time, for any reason.

4. Content and ownership

Video, audio, scripts and images produced with the console belong to us, along with any rights in the underlying material we supplied. Third-party components — voices, models, music and stock material — remain subject to the licences under which we obtained them.

Where a real person appears or is identifiable in our content, we obtain their agreement separately. These terms do not stand in place of that.

5. Content made with AI

Some of what the console produces is generated: synthetic speech, generated imagery, and animated footage. We disclose this where a platform requires it, and we label it in line with each platform's rules on synthetic and AI-generated media.

The console does not clone a real person's voice or likeness without that person's explicit permission.

6. Publishing to other platforms

When the console publishes to TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn or X, that content also becomes subject to that platform's terms and community guidelines. Nothing here overrides them.

Publishing through TikTok in particular is subject to TikTok's Terms of Service, its Community Guidelines and its content sharing guidelines. We are responsible for what we publish, and for confirming that we hold the rights to it before it goes out.

The platforms are independent of us. They may change their rules, restrict an account, remove content or withdraw API access at any time, and we do not control any of that.

7. Acceptable use

The console must not be used to produce or publish material that:

8. Availability

The console runs on our own hardware and is provided as-is. We do not guarantee that it will be available, that a publication will succeed, or that a platform will accept what is sent to it. It may be taken offline for maintenance without notice.

9. No warranty

To the fullest extent the law allows, the console is provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, or for any action taken by a social media platform in respect of an account or its content.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Privacy

How we handle data is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

12. Changes

We may amend these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the console after a change means accepting it.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
